Online Estimate
Start by using our Instant Price Estimator. select your size, site conditions and add-ons to get an immediate price range. If you're happy with the estimate, submit your details to us.
Review & Contact
We review your submission and contact you via phone or email to discuss your site access and specific requirements. We can answer any initial questions you have about the build.
Site Visit & Check
For most projects, we conduct a site visit to measure up, check ground levels, and assess access for materials. We also check for site constraints like sewer lines or easements.
Final Quote & Agreement
We provide a fixed-price final quote. If you decide to proceed, we sign an agreement and get your project underway.
Fabrication
Your custom room is fabricated off-site. We cut panels, weld the steel base, and prepare windows/doors. This usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on our schedule.
Installation
Our team arrives to install. First, we set the steel base/piers, then erect the walls and roof. On-site work typically takes about 1 week.
Handover
We do a final walkthrough, clean up, and hand over the keys. Your new outdoor room is ready for use!
